(1) Respiration in bacteria
(2) Formation of secretory vesicles
(3) Fatty acid breakdown
(4) Activation of amino acid
Ans : (2) Formation of secretory vesicles
Golgi complex is the double membrane-bounded organelle present in eukaryotic cells only. It takes part in the formation of secretory vesicles. It helps in transportation of material within or outside the cells. Whereas respiration in bacteria is done by mesosomes, activation of an amino acid is the part of protein synthesis occurs in ribosomes and breakdown of fatty acid by beta-oxidation occurs in mitochondria.
