Ans. (2) Size of circular fringe will decrease, intensity increase.

Sol. $\sin\theta ={1.22\lambda\over D}$

$\implies$ If D is increased $\implies\sin\theta$ decreased

$\therefore$ size of circular fringe will decrease

Intensity will increase.
